Vecuisine, your plant-based partner!
By the end of 2023, Vecuisine is excited to provide a wider assortment of delicious plant-based mousses. Anyone with a sweet craving will be satisfied with our assortment. Why do we think our products are unique in the vegan industry?
First of all, Vecuisine started with a well-known staple of Belgian gastronomy : Belgian chocolate. After several experiments, our research and development team successfully achieved the right texture to create a plant-based mousse that is free from lactose, gluten, and eggs, ultimately closely resembling its traditional counterpart.
Vecuisine realized that producing this original chocolate mousse was only the beginning of developing a wide variety of delectable flavors after getting the first recipe produced. By introducing more mouthwatering mousses to the Belgian market, we consistently strive to draw in a wider vegan audience. Lidl Belgium already carries two of our mousses under the Vemondo brand: chocolate and mango/passion fruit. Next year, we intend to expand their vegan menu to include additional flavors. Our Vemondo chocolate mousse received this year the V-label award of the public and this shows that our products are getting famous for vegan connoisseurs.
Our research department focussed this year on tastes that could appeal to most of us. We therefore chose to look into fruity flavors, such as lemon, raspberry, strawberry, banana, and cherry, after chocolate. We also created rich, sugary flavors like cheesecake, speculoos, and bitter chocolate. As we know people like the texture of nuts, we also created almond, pistachio and hazelnut flavors.
By the end of 2023, we have now 15 different tastes in our assortment waiting to travel the world of retail and food services. Several packages are available to suit any new customer. We keep on searching for the best texture and richness in taste, having in our mind we can only use plant-based and natural ingredients.
In conclusion, Vecuisine finishes this year on the right track to increase their assortment of yummy desserts but this is only the beginning. Introducing more savory vegan individual cakes to the Belgian market in 2024 will be considerably more challenging.
